Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

You may cancel order prior to shipment, if the request is sent within 8 hours of the time of the original order. Please email us at skullsavvy@gmail.com and request the order cancellation with your order number found in the confirmation email.

For Defective Products

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Skull Savvy will be happy to accept request for a product replacement or return if the item is determined to be defective and reported within 14 days of the original order date via mail.

A return authorization must be requested within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

You must contact us at skullsavvy@gmail.com to request a replacement or return with a description and proof of defect. For all returns you must receive a RMA authorization number. Note: Any returns sent without an RMA approval, will not be accepted for returns.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product. Once an RMA is received, please return the item to our return address: Skull Savvy 170 Montrose Road, Berkeley CA 94707
Email us back with your RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.

Skull Savvy will provide a return shipping label for your use for authorized returns. The refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed back to the original form of payment.

Replacements will be shipped free of charge.

You must return the product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 14 days of receipt of RMA.

Returned Product(s) must be in perfect physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, protective coverings still attached, and in its original packaging.

All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

Skull Savvy will process and examine the returned product upon receipt. If the return is found to be valid and in compliance, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

For “Customer Remorse”

When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is also restocking fee of 30% of original (non discounted) retail value of the product.

Several types of goods are not from being returnable:

Custom products cannot be returned.
We DO NOT accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards. FINAL SALE items are defined as items that are over 30% off.
